WE ARE WHAT WE EAT
Some months ago a food lover like me learnt something new which has been the ultimate reason why I’d never skip my breakfast (even if I have to take just a cup of tea) before setting out for the day’s business. Breakfast they say is the most important meal of the day, what you take for breakfast actually determines how well you can carry out the days activity. If Eba and Egusi soup does it for you in the morning then I’m sure you’ll sleep or probably feel lazy and drowsy the whole day. So to avoid the embrassement of sleeping on your desk, yawning before the board in a meeting or even feeling lazy to move an inch, I’ll advice you eat light in the morning. A cup of tea and a few pieces of biscuits or slices of bread will be just fine.
