Welcome to Thatpurpledot (TPD). These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through our website and apply to all customers who place orders with us.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable Policies.

1. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Please review your order carefully before completing payment

2. Products and Descriptions

TPD offers fashion products across its brands and collections, including made-to-order, custom-made garments and bulk garment production. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, fabrics, and details accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, and minor variations may occur in fabric appearance or production. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. Any change will not automatically alter an order already confirmed by TPD.

3. Made-to-Order and Custom Orders 

Some TPD products are made specifically for each customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, and other requested specifications. Where measurements are taken by a third party, customers should ensure they are accurate before submission. Custom orders are produced according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase. Any request to change the design, measurements, fabric, or other specifications after production has commenced may attract additional charges and affect the delivery timeline.

4. Pricing and Promotions 

All prices are displayed on the relevant product page. Applicable delivery fees and other charges will be communicated during checkout or before an order is confirmed. Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, validity periods, and availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. TPD reserves the right to correct genuine pricing errors before fulfilling an order.

5. Delivery 

Delivery timelines depend on the product, destination, and order requirements. Our standard processing timelines are:
TPD Chic: 3–7 working days.
Nrigo by TPD: 7–14 working days.
These timelines should be read alongside the applicable Delivery Policy.

Other TPD brands, custom orders, and special collections may have different timelines, which will be communicated at the point of purchase. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns 

Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy, available on our website. Items purchased in good condition are not returnable. Where a customer believes an item does not meet the agreed specifications, the customer must notify TPD within 24 hours of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property 

All designs, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, and other materials published on TPD’s website belong to TPD or their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use these materials without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability 

TPD will take reasonable steps to fulfil orders in accordance with the agreed specifications and applicable policies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TPD shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by a customer, misuse of a product, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms 

TPD may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website. The terms applicable to an order will be determined in accordance with applicable Nigerian law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Eligibility for Returns:

Products eligible for return must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered or show signs of wear are not eligible for returns.

Made-to-Order items: Returns are accepted within 2-5 days of receipt by the customer.

Custom-made order: Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt.

Return Request Process:

To initiate a return, the customer must contact the sales team within the specified return window. The sales team will review the request to determine eligibility based on the company’s return policy.

The customer will be provided with clear instructions on how and where to ship the product.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on Thatpurpledot’s part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, manufacturing defect).

Once the return request is approved, the customer must ship the product within 3 days.

Return Handling and Inspection:

Upon receiving the returned item, the Quality Control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Only items that meet the conditions will be processed for exchanges.

Refunds and Cancellations

At Thatpurpledot, Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and we strive to deliver excellently produced garments.

Due to the Handcrafted & Made-to-Order nature of majority of our garments, our RETURN POLICY is tailored to meet industry standards while ensuring fairness for all parties involved.

WE OFFER MONETARY REFUNDS ON ORDERS CANCELLED WITHIN 24hrs of Order Placement before Production commences. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because production materials and labour resources may have already been committed

Orders for custom made, bridal or bespoke garments may be subject to additional terms of communication before payment.

DELIVERY POLICY

At Thatpurpledot, we carefully produce and prepare every order for delivery. Delivery timelines depend on the product category and begin once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
